“We have clear intelligence that Russia intends to further deploy long-range drone ground control stations—both on temporarily occupied Ukrainian soil and at four locations inside Belarus.”

Additionally, on March 22, 2023, the president disclosed the outcomes of meetings between Ukrainian and U.S. negotiation teams. That same day, he held a phone conversation with Mozambican President Daniel Chapo. In his remarks, Zelenskyy emphasized that
“the situation remains difficult.”
