According to Espreso.tv: In his latest evening address, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy detailed the battlefield successes of Ukrainian troops, with a particular focus on the Zaporizhzhia sector. There, the 17th Corps is delivering heavy blows to enemy forces, causing significant losses. The president emphasized that Ukraine's defense units are showing positive momentum through counteroffensive operations.

Zelenskyy noted that during discussions with corps commanders on the Pokrovsk and other fronts in Donetsk region, as well as the Oleksandrivka, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv sectors, clear tactical gains were evident. Specifically, the 17th Corps in the Zaporizhzhia area is eliminating roughly 7,000 Russian troops—killed and wounded—every month. This figure underscores the intense efforts of Ukrainian servicemen.

Additionally, Russia's 58th Combined Arms Army has suffered setbacks in the Zaporizhzhia direction. Special forces and assault troops from the separate 'Arey' assault regiment played a key role in achieving these successes.
