Zelensky said what Ukraine needs for successful negotiations to end the war.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff, where measures to protect energy infrastructure and modernize the Armed Forces of Ukraine were discussed.
One of the main issues was countering Russian attacks on energy facilities. The President emphasized that Russia systematically tries to destroy Ukrainian energy and adjusts its strikes to the capabilities of our defense.
The President's speech also addressed the issue of supplying air defense systems. Zelensky instructed the Ministry of Defense and diplomats to intensify efforts with partners to obtain additional missiles and expand the production of defense products in Ukraine.
There was also an idea to transition to a corps system in the army and the importance of valuing people. The President announced the appointment of corps commanders from among the most experienced officers.
A meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine is scheduled for tomorrow.
