Ukraine has announced its readiness to help Moldova resolve the energy crisis by providing fuel.
The Presidents of Ukraine and Moldova, Volodymyr Zelensky and Maia Sandu, discussed the energy problems faced by Moldova, especially on the left bank of the Dniester. According to Zelensky, the current energy crisis is an attempt by Russia to use energy resources as a means of pressure on the Moldovan authorities.
During the conversation, Zelensky emphasized Ukraine's readiness to provide assistance with coal. He also highlighted the importance of ensuring stability and creating conditions for a decent life for all citizens of Moldova, including the fight against poverty and working together with Moldova to join the European Union.
