President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the shelling that led to damage and casualties in the Odessa, Kharkiv, and Kyiv regions.
"All evening and night, terrorists attacked our cities and communities: missiles, drones, and CABs against Odeshchyna, Kharkivshchyna, Kyivshchyna. As a result of the strikes on Odeshchyna, there is damage to ordinary houses. One person died. My condolences to the family and friends," the president of Ukraine wrote on the Telegram channel on Friday.
The president also recalled the work of emergency rescue services in Zaporizhzhia after yesterday's attack.
"It is important to act jointly and decisively at the international level every Time Russia tries to destroy our lives, to reduce the potential for terror, to block it. Ukraine needs strength for this. This is the only way to achieve a just peace and stop the deaths of our people. Air defense, long-range capabilities, weapon packages, sanctions against the aggressor - this is the response needed not only in words but in actions," Zelensky emphasized.
