Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about the possible format of peace negotiations during a joint press conference with Moldovan President Maia Sandu. According to him, the structure of the negotiations has not yet been determined, but he sees the participants as Ukraine, the USA, Europe, and Russia.
I really hope that the participants will be Ukraine, America, Europe, and the Russians. I would like to have a European voice, as we will become members of the European Union. But today I cannot clearly say what the structure of the negotiation process will be, because we do not yet have a common plan.
The president emphasized that Ukraine has already presented its vision for a fair end to the war in the form of the Peace Formula. He also noted that Ukraine has a clear position and is ready for constructive dialogue to end the war.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated his readiness for negotiations with Ukraine under certain conditions.
