According to UATV: As of July 10, Ukraine has recorded 226 combat clashes. Russian troops have suffered heavy losses, while Ukrainian defenders are intensifying their counteroffensive operations. Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported 13,000 Russian targets hit. Over the past day, July 9, Ukraine's Defense Forces eliminated 1,460 Russian occupiers.

The pace of Russian advances in Ukraine has more than halved since the beginning of the year. In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled attacks near Borova and Dibrova.
