AFU on the verge of withdrawal from Vuhledar but have successes in Vovchansk – ISW report.

The invaders are advancing near Kremminna, Toretsk, Pokrovsk, and around Vuhledar. According to analysts from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the AFU are repelling the occupiers' positions in Vovchansk.

Ukrainian army offensive in the Russian Federation

On September 25, Ukrainian troops continued offensive actions in the Hlushkivskyi district of the Kursk region, but there is no confirmation of advancement.

According to Russian ISW sources, Russian troops have repelled the attacks of the AFU to the south and southwest of Hlushkivskyi near Novyi Put and Veselyi.

The occupiers have made no confirmed advancements near Krasnooctoberskyi, Liubymivka, Darino, Mykolaiv-Darino, Olhovka, and Plekhov.

Russian troops have also not advanced around the "Ukrainian bridgehead" in the Kursk region.

Defense in Vovchansk

Ukrainian forces continue to reclaim positions in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region.

Geolocation footage shows that Ukrainian defenders regained control of the Vovchanskyi Aggregate Plant and the northeastern part of the city.

Russian "military correspondents" acknowledged the return of the plant to AFU control but claimed that the plant was already destroyed due to strikes, and Russian troops had left the area.

The operation to de-occupy the plant was carefully planned and lasted a week.

Ukrainian forces are also conducting counterattacks in other areas of Vovchansk and around it.

Situation in Luhansk region

The occupiers have moved along the Kupiansk - Svatove - Kremminna line amidst offensive operations in the area. No progress.

The occupiers moved west along the O-130505 road northwest of Makeevka and west to Lenin Street in the center of Nevske.

Russian troops attacked in the area of Synkivka, near Kruhliakivka, Pishchane, Hlushkivka, Lozova, Stelmakhivka, Makeevka, Novosadove, Cherneshchyna, Druzelubivka, Nevske, Zarichne, Terny, Hrekivka, and Torske.

Ukrainian observer Kostyantyn Mashovets reported that the occupiers are advancing towards the Oskil River southeast of Kupiansk.

Situation in Donetsk region

The occupiers continue a limited offensive in the Siversk direction near Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamianske. No progress.

Russian bloggers claim that Russian troops are advancing in the area of "The Claw" and Stupochiv, but this is not confirmed by ISW data.

The occupiers are attacking in the area of Kalynivka, Hryhorivka, Minkivka, Klishiievka, Stupochiv, and Bila Hora.

Recently, the occupiers have been advancing in the Toretsk direction. Volia Street in the northern district of Pivnichne was subjected to attacks.

Russian troops are fighting on Lisova Street in Toretsk.

The occupiers are also attacking near Toretsk, New York, Nelipivka, and Shcherbinivka.

Fighting in the South

On September 25, positional battles continued in the area of Novoandriivka and Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region, but there is no progress.

Seized invaders, the AFU launched an airstrike on a command post at an unspecified location in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region.
