Russia is preparing to attack Zaporizhzhia
According to Ministry of Defense spokesperson Vladyslav Voloshyn, Russia is planning to attack Zaporizhzhia with the aim of targeting Ukrainian military units. The active presence of Russian infantry in this region is of particular concern.
'Attacks could start in the coming days, it could happen any day now,' noted Voloshyn.
Recently, fighters twice attacked Ukrainian military positions in the Orikhiv direction in Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the 13 assaults in the areas of Trudovoye, Konstantinovka, Uspenivka, and Makarivka, located in the mountainous terrain between Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk region, significant damage was inflicted.
It is worth recalling that Russia recently carried out a missile strike on a residential building in Kryvyi Rih, resulting in injuries to defenseless children and adults.
