The Ukrainian defense forces attacked the deployment point of the 448th rocket brigade of the Russian army in the Kursk region
The 448th rocket brigade of the Russian army, responsible for the rocket strike on the city of Sumy on April 13, 2025, was attacked by the Ukrainian defense forces. This was reported by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The operation was carried out jointly by drone units, the Special Operations Service, and the Security Service of Ukraine in collaboration with other units of the Armed Forces. A secondary explosion of munitions occurred during the attack. The results of the operation are currently being clarified.
'Every Russian military unit, subdivision, and their servicemen who shell peaceful cities and civilian citizens of Ukraine will be found and will definitely receive an answer,' said a representative of the General Staff.
The Ukrainian command emphasizes that work against important military targets of the Russian invaders will continue diligently and systematically until the cessation of armed aggression by Russia against Ukraine.
