Syrskyi: Russian losses in September amounted to nearly 29 thousand troops.
Situation at the Front
According to inkorr.com: Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that Ukrainian troops are actively holding back the occupiers on all fronts, inflicting serious losses on them. Soldiers continue to destroy the enemy's manpower and equipment, preventing their strategic initiative.
"Despite the fact that the situation in the combat areas remains complicated, the enemy does not fully possess the strategic initiative. In September alone, losses among the occupiers amounted to nearly 29 thousand troops, and many pieces of equipment have been destroyed or damaged," the message states.
Status of Military Operations
According to Syrskyi, since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian forces have captured more than 2000 servicemen of the Russian Federation. While repelling enemy attacks, our military are actively working to restore control over the territory. The situation remains in favor of Ukraine, despite the constant attempts by the enemy to expand their offensive along the entire front line.
Successfully holding the defense on all fronts, Ukrainian forces inflict significant losses on the occupiers and continue operations to regain control over lost territories.
The situation at the front remains tense; however, the Ukrainian troops demonstrate resilience and readiness for defense. The destruction of enemy military units and their equipment indicates the effectiveness of Ukrainian forces' actions, which, in turn, supports our defense capability during this difficult stage of military operations.
