The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated Novoeconomichne in Donetsk region: the flag of Ukraine raised in the center.
According to information provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops raised the Ukrainian flag in the village of Novoeconomichne in Donetsk region. The liberation of the settlement took place thanks to the actions of assault groups of the 'Skelya' battalion. The process of clearing the village lasted two weeks, and as reported by the press service of the General Staff, on August 31, the flag of Ukraine was raised in the center of the settlement.
