According to UATV: On July 17, the frontline saw 100 combat engagements. Ukrainian defense forces successfully neutralized a Russian infiltration attempt, particularly near the village of Kazacha Lopan, where the 425th Separate Assault Regiment 'Skelya' conducted a counteroperation. As of now, Ukrainian military efforts have inflicted significant losses on Russian forces, including:

• 6 armored fighting vehicles
• 65 artillery systems
• 7 multiple launch rocket systems
• 4 air defense systems

Commander-in-Chief's Visit

Ukraine's Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi, inspected military units in the Kharkiv region, where troops continue their duties in defending the state.

“The enemy persists in attacking with small infantry groups and tries to infiltrate urban areas. Ukrainian defense forces are conducting counter-sabotage operations, destroying enemy groups, and gradually pushing occupiers out of areas where they still maintain a presence,” Syrskyi noted.

According to operational monitoring, Ukrainian defense forces eliminated 1,370 Russian occupiers in the past day, bringing total Russian army losses since the start of the full-scale invasion to 1,426,000 soldiers. Additionally, 1,879 tactical-level UAVs were shot down. The commander of the 4th Assault Battalion of the 425th Separate Regiment 'Skelya,' with the call sign 'Krapiva,' commented on the situation:

“We are currently in Kazacha Lopan, as you can see and hear, it is quiet and calm here. We continue to thwart all enemy attempts to infiltrate. And we stand in defense of our state.”
