How the KMDA 'legalizes' rope attractions - our investigation.
Journalists from the Novyny.LIVE portal have exposed a scandalous violation of regulations in Kyiv parks, where 'rope attractions' have begun to exert their influence. According to their data, this issue occurs with the support of local authorities.
Investigation of rope roads in parks
In the detailed material of the program 'OUR MATTER', details of this scandal have been uncovered. It has been revealed that the KMDA 'legalizes' rope roads through 'temporary violation cards for landscaping'.
'The main problem is that the duration of the temporary violation of landscaping is not defined. It can be one day, a week, a year, or even five years,' noted activist Oleg Yanchevsky.
The investigation results have shown that no one is held accountable, there is no control over the attractions, and local authorities issue permits for tree felling.
Previously, journalists also reported schemes for embezzling budget funds in KP 'Kyivzelenbud' and large-scale illegal sand mining in the Kyiv region, which posed a threat to ecological disaster.
Corruption, irresponsibility, and environmental destruction are just a few of the problems mentioned by journalists in their investigation. The consequences of such violations can be severe for the residents and nature of Kyiv, and therefore it is important for the authorities to take necessary measures to regulate the situation.Read also
