How the occupants will save the Crimean Bridge from strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine: satellite images.

The invaders from Russia have installed a modified air defense system 'Pantsir' on the Crimean Bridge. This was reported by the Center for Journalistic Investigations.

The Telegram channel 'Crimean Wind' published photos of the air defense system, which show that it has been located on the bridge for a month. This indicates a long-term strategy to protect the route from possible strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

From May 2024, the Crimean Bridge will be equipped with anti-drone protection using barriers and 33 barges.

Photos of the construction are dated to the last week of August. The images show that metal grids are being installed under the bridge to protect the concrete supports from attacks by sea drones.

It is also noted that combat boats with camouflage nets, which may be air defense systems near the pier-barriers, are present.

This modification of the 'Pantsir' has an armored cabin on the chassis of KamAZ-53958 and desert camouflage. It has improved characteristics compared to the standard version of the 'Pantsir-S1', in particular, greater range and height of target engagement.

Earlier, Dmytro Pletenchuk, the spokesman for the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that the occupiers are building new structures near the Kerch Bridge to partially replicate the Crimean Bridge.
