The USA has blocked the delivery of Tomahawks to Ukraine: Details of the conspiracy revealed

According to ТСН: The special envoy of the US President, Steve Witkoff, has effectively prevented the delivery of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine by advising the advisor to the Russian President, Yuri Ushakov, during a phone call between representatives of both countries.

Today it became known that a leak of this conversation revealed that Witkoff took all possible measures to ensure that Ukraine does not receive Tomahawks. He specifically recommended organizing it in such a way that Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulates US President Donald Trump on a peace deal in Gaza.

Witkoff's Initiative

Witkoff first proposed holding a phone call between Trump and Putin before the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the White House. The consequences of these actions have already become apparent.

“Zelensky went to Washington hoping that Trump would approve the delivery of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, a weapon targeting many Russian objectives. But during the call on October 16, Putin warned Trump that the delivery of Tomahawks would lead to an escalation of the war and damage US-Russia relations,” Ushakov said.

Refusal of the Delivery

After the conversation with Putin, Trump refused to deliver the Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, allegedly citing “arms reduction” of American missiles. In reality, the reason for the shift in position was Witkoff's actions.

As previously mentioned, Bloomberg published the protocol of the conversation from October 14 between Witkoff and Ushakov on November 25, which discussed the preparation of a peace plan. Witkoff suggested collaboration with the Kremlin on the plan and advised that Putin call Trump before Zelensky's visit to praise him for the agreement in Gaza to “get things rolling”. He also informed Trump about Russia's interest in a peace deal. Putin indeed called and praised Trump as the “peace president”.

In addition, Bloomberg published the conversation from October 29 between Ushakov and the representative of the President of the Russian Federation, Kirill Dmitriev, in which the strategy for “enforcing” the Russian version of the peace plan was discussed. It was proposed to present it “as their own proposal”. This effectively confirmed that Moscow's demands formed the basis for the 28-point US peace plan.

The situation regarding the delivery of Tomahawk missiles underscores the complexity of international relations between the USA, Russia, and Ukraine. Against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict, such a development could have significant implications for the security situation in the region and Ukraine's further steps on the international stage. All of this once again highlights the importance of diplomatic maneuvering in the modern world.
