Process for Citizens to Remove a Search Order

According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian citizens who have not undergone a mandatory military medical commission may be placed on a wanted list by their local Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC). To have this search order lifted, individuals must first admit to the administrative violation through the 'Reserve+' mobile application and then pay the associated fine.

Under new regulations, an admission of violation submitted via the app is reviewed by the TCC within three days. If the citizen chooses to pay the fine, they must do so within 10 days of the ruling being issued. The 'Wanted' status can be removed anywhere from a few hours to 3–4 days after all requirements are fulfilled.

Expert Commentary on the New Process

Analysts note that the entire procedure is designed to streamline interactions between citizens and recruitment centers.

"Overall, this should be helpful, but everything depends on how quickly your local TCC can process your application," said Vyacheslav Kyryda.
To submit an application, users must send it directly to their TCC through 'Reserve+'.
"The head of the TCC will review your application within three days," stated Yuriy Aivazian.

Citizens can pay the fine directly through the functionality of the 'Reserve+' app.

  • "If you pay the fine directly through the 'Reserve+' functionality, the data is automatically uploaded to the 'Oberih' state register," emphasized Vladyslav Derii.

This indicates that the process of removing a search order can be significantly simplified through the integration of new technologies.

Consequently, citizens who find themselves on a wanted list due to missing their military medical commission now have an opportunity to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently by following the new procedures. These changes are part of broader digitalization efforts within Ukraine's public administration, especially relevant under martial law. The introduction of these new procedures for lifting a search order is significant in the context of ensuring the nation's military readiness. Simplifying the process of interaction between citizens and TCCs may help reduce the number of individuals on wanted lists, which in turn could improve the armed forces' recruitment process. The technological integration via the 'Reserve+' app also underscores the state's drive to modernize and ease bureaucratic procedures for its citizens.
