The Cabinet allowed booking 100% of employees at frontline enterprises: details.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved new booking rules for military-conscripted employees in frontline territories. Now critical enterprises located near combat zones can provide booking for all their employees.
What will change specifically
If a government agency recognizes an enterprise as critically important, they can obtain booking for all their employees. This decision is intended to ensure the uninterrupted operation of enterprises in the conflict zone, preserve jobs, and continue the functioning of defense and vital sectors in the region.
- Enterprises must submit an application through the 'Diya' portal and compile a list of employees to be protected.
In addition, changes are planned in Ukraine regarding deferments from conscription for students and teachers. Even the well-known singer Wellboy stated that he does not intend to evade mobilization in case of receiving a summons.
