Reserv+ and TCK: How to Eliminate Differences in Military Documents.
Ukrainian citizens face discrepancies in the data listed in the 'Reserv+' application and the military registration documents (WOD) in TCK. This situation requires attention as it can lead to misunderstandings and problems.
Lawyer Natalia Opolskaya explained how this issue can be resolved, reports Channel 24.
Reasons for Inconsistency of Information
A key reason for the discrepancies is the lack of automatic information exchange between WLK and the military records registers, particularly 'Oberih'. Even if a person is declared unfit for military service, this data may not reach 'Oberih', leading to missing information in 'Reserv+'.
Responsibility and Recommendations
According to Natalia Opolskaya, TCK staff are responsible for entering information into the 'Oberih' register after applications have been reviewed. To resolve the discrepancies, an application must be submitted to TCK and SP, along with the required documents. Depending on the situation, copies of paper documents and information should be attached to the application.
- If a person has previously gone through WLK and was declared unfit: attach a copy of the WLK decision, a copy of the WOD, and an excerpt from 'Reserv+' that does not contain information about the exclusion.
- If a person was recently declared unfit but the data has not been entered into 'Reserv+': attach an excerpt from 'Reserv+', a copy of the medical certificate, or confirmation of unfitness.
We remind that we discussed the procedure for carrying out the WLK and the rights of citizens at checkpoints in previous articles.
Identifying discrepancies in data between the 'Reserv+' application and WOD can be problematic for citizens. The discrepancy in information may occur due to the absence of automatic exchange between different registers. The lawyer recommends contacting TCK and SP with the required documentation to correct this situation.
