Expert from the Yorktown Institute Robert Clark stated that negotiations regarding Ukraine are possible before Easter. At the same time, such a decision will be extremely difficult for Ukraine. Clark emphasized that this decision lies with Ukraine and is not dependent on the USA or the UK. The American side is considering the possibility of reaching certain agreements before Easter, but this will depend on the willingness of both sides to make concessions.
