According to Novyny.live: The U.S.-Ukraine Investment Fund for Reconstruction has announced it has received over 60 project proposals, with 37 of them submitted by Ukrainian companies. The Fund's initial capital is $150 million, according to Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko. The Fund aims to sign three investment agreements by the end of 2026. This initiative is a key part of international efforts to support Ukraine's economic resilience and long-term recovery.
Primary Investment Sectors
An additional 21 projects are currently in the development stage, the announcement noted. All submitted projects focus on critical sectors for rebuilding and modernizing the economy, including:
- Energy
- Infrastructure
- Critical minerals
- Innovative technologies
Yuliia Svyrydenko: 'We aim to sign the first three investment agreements by the end of 2026.'
She added that 'the Fund will prioritize investing in projects that help attract additional capital for investments and will have the greatest impact on our economy.'
These initiatives are designed to support Ukraine's sustainable development and stimulate investment activity in the country.
