ARMA is looking for a manager for the shares of 'Dniprovazhmas'

According to inkorr.com: The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has begun the search for a manager for 87.1017% of the shares of 'Dniprovazhmas', one of Ukraine's leading machine manufacturers located in Dnipro, reports Glavkom.

This plant specializes in the production of equipment for metallurgical plants, pipelines, subways, and the mining industry. Following the seizure of assets, including shares, industrial equipment, and real estate, ARMA discovered the illegal use of assets, which provided grounds for opening a separate criminal case.

The seizure occurred due to the illegal transfer of equipment to Russia for the military-industrial complex, the material notes.

Moreover, the Prosecutor General's Office transferred 39 real estate objects to ARMA in connection with the investigation of illegal alienation of property. This case is currently at the pre-trial investigation stage, in which several bank officials have been found involved in the misappropriation of property.

ARMA has not commented on the issue regarding Viktor Medvedchuk's ownership, stating that the yacht in Croatia is not part of their balance sheet but is an arrested asset.

At the moment, investigations into the matters of 'Dniprovazhmas' and the alienation of the bank's property are ongoing, and new details are emerging. ARMA has already taken several important steps to identify illegal actions and restore lawful use of the assets.

Thus, the situation surrounding the 'Dniprovazhmas' company indicates an intensification of law enforcement efforts in combating economic crimes. The search for a manager for the company's shares and the investigation of the bank's assets point to serious attention to the legal aspects of managing the company and its assets.
