Fire suppression in the Ingulskiy district of Mykolaiv after the enemy attack
In the Ingulskiy district of Mykolaiv, firefighters managed to extinguish two fires that broke out as a result of the night UAV attack. This was reported by the State Emergency Service (SES).
The fire at a five-story residential building covering an area of 5 m² and the fire on an area of 1000 m² of reeds was successfully extinguished. There is no information about the injured. However, the building sustained significant material damage, including a destroyed roof and broken windows.
It was noted that on the night of December 27, Russian forces attacked Ukraine using Iskander-M ballistic missiles and Shahed-type strike UAVs. Earlier, on December 25, Ukrainian thermal power plants of DTEK were also heavily attacked, leading to damage to energy equipment. This is already the 13th attack on Ukraine's energy sector this year.
In addition, on December 26, an enemy kamikaze drone attack caused injuries at the central market in Nikopol. Six people were injured, including four men and two women.
Previously, two women were killed in Mykolaiv from the strikes of the 'Shaheds', one of whom was pregnant.
