Attack in the Dnipropetrovsk Region

According to UATV: On March 23, 2023, Russian attacks in the Dnipropetrovsk region left eight people injured, among them a 14-year-old child and three adults who required hospitalization. According to the State Emergency Service, over 60 strikes targeted four districts within the region.

Meanwhile, in the Donetsk region, one man was killed and four others—including a child—were wounded as a result of shelling. In the village of Maidan, part of the Cherkaska community, 35 homes and three vehicles sustained damage. In Kryvyi Rih, also located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, two people were injured during the attacks.

Humanitarian Situation

These developments were reported by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. The ongoing aggression by Russian forces continues to create a severe humanitarian crisis in the affected areas.

These incidents highlight the enduring toll of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, which has led to significant casualties and infrastructure destruction. The worsening humanitarian conditions in regions under fire endanger the lives and well-being of local residents, who urgently need assistance. This also underscores the need for international response and support for Ukraine amid the continuing aggression.
