Emergency power outages in Ukraine: how much longer will they last.
Emergency power outages in Ukraine may last for a week
According to inkorr.com: The head of 'Ukrenergo' Vitaliy Zaichenko reported that emergency electricity outages in Ukraine may last up to a week. He noted that the situation with electricity may stabilize, but during peak consumption hours, outages are possible in certain regions.
'The Russians have changed their tactics in striking Ukrainian energy infrastructure and are now trying to gradually bring the system to a state unsuitable for operation. They are learning and trying to render our energy sector inoperable.'
'Every substation of Ukrenergo is being shelled daily. There are a large number of drones every day trying to simply erase our facilities from the face of the earth.'
New Attacks and Restoration of Damaged Facilities
Regular new attacks on energy facilities continue. The head of 'Ukrenergo' is convinced that energy workers are ready for a quick restoration of the damaged facilities. The occupiers have once again struck energy facilities with drones. Recently, the Russian Federation carried out a massive attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, threatening the import of electricity into the country.
The situation in Ukraine regarding electricity supply is complicated by new attacks and attempts by the enemy to render the energy system inoperable. Despite the high level of tension, the government and energy workers are actively working on restoring damaged facilities to ensure stable electricity supply for the population.
