According to inkorr.com: According to information from the Ministry of Energy, due to the complex circumstances in the United Energy System of Ukraine, emergency power outage schedules have been introduced in almost all regions except for the Donetsk region and part of Chernihiv region.

The press service of the ministry reported that the reason for the restrictions is the consequences of attacks on the energy infrastructure by the Russian Federation. In the Chernihiv region, planned outages continue, and emergency restoration work is being carried out in the affected areas.

Emergency power outages have been recorded in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovsk region, and Odesa region. It is known that Russia has again attacked the Ukrainian energy system using drones and missiles.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky warns about the possible import of electricity this winter due to regular attacks on the energy infrastructure of the country by Russia.
