The countries of the Baltic region may become the next target of Russian aggression after a victory over Ukraine
Political technologist, head of the Center for Political Intelligence Oleg Posternak stated that in the event of a Russian victory on the Ukrainian front, it could begin aggression against NATO countries, particularly against the Baltic region. Posternak said that Russia perceives this territory as its sphere of influence and is learning from its mistakes with the progress in Ukraine. He warned that Russia could "press the button for potential, initially hybrid, and then direct military intervention" in the Baltic region. The expert also noted that the intelligence of the Baltic countries understands that the threat from Russia is real.
