U.S. President Joe Biden has not yet changed his position on allowing Ukraine to use Western long-range weapons against Russia. This was stated by White House advisor John Kirby, commenting on reports of North Korean troop movements to Russia. He noted that it is unknown what intentions the North Korean military has and whether they will be involved in the conflict with Ukraine. As of today, political decisions regarding changing the position on long-range weapons for Ukraine have not been made. "So far, the president has not changed the approach to providing weapons to Ukraine and their use," clarified the White House representative.
