In Ukraine, the process of general mobilization continues, which was announced after the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian army.Part of the liable citizens can apply for deferment from mobilization while working at strategically important enterprises. One citizen who is a reserve officer turned to lawyers, inquiring about the possibility of being deferred even without a paper military registration document. Lawyer Vladislav Deriy assured that the firm can defer such a citizen.Regarding the possibility of obtaining deferment without a paper document, the lawyer emphasized that installing the 'Reserve+' application on the phone will solve this issue. This application has the same legal force as a paper military registration document. Thus, the process of deferment is available despite all the nuances mentioned by the citizen.Ukrainian reserve officers have the opportunity to defer from mobilization even if they do not have a paper military registration document, only an electronic certificate. New opportunities offered through the 'Reserve+' application facilitate the deferment process for reserve officers working at important enterprises and make it more accessible.
