The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR MO) Kyrylo Budanov noted only three countries that have significant experience in modern warfare. These are Ukraine, Russia, and North Korea, which actively trains its military capabilities.Kyrylo Budanov pointed out that Russia finances the involvement of North Korean troops in combat operations against Ukraine. This represents a significant economic volume, posing a serious threat not only to Ukraine but also to other countries. It was also stated that cooperation between Russia and North Korea may have geopolitical consequences that extend beyond the conflict in Ukraine. Plans for the DPRK to transfer military personnel and equipment to Russia also underscore the seriousness of this partnership. In addition, Budanov checked the positions of Ukrainian soldiers at several important sites in the Black Sea.
