According to inkorr.com: Russian troops have once again attacked energy facilities in Chernihiv region, resulting in 177 settlements being left without electricity, reports the portal "Glavcom". As a result, about 54 thousand people in Nizhyn and Pryluky districts lost their electricity supply.
The energy company "Chernihivoblenergo" confirmed that the enemy has struck the infrastructure for the second time in a short period with the aim of completely de-energizing the region. Restoring electricity supply may take a long time due to severe damages.
