Conscripts with deferment from conscription or reservation are not subject to medical examination by the military medical commission, except for certain cases.

  • enter into contract service;
  • have limited civilian capacity and have not undergone a repeated medical examination (except for the disabled);
  • wish to voluntarily attend the medical commission.
