In the Cherkasy region, a man was sentenced to imprisonment for evading mobilization by the Manhivskyi District Court. The resident of the region refused to go to military service, explaining this by a mistake in the delivery of the summons.
The court reviewed all evidence in the case and found the man guilty of violating the law. For this, he was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment.
The events in the Lviv region, where a case regarding the dissemination of negative information about employees of the territorial center for recruitment and social support was considered, as well as in Chernivtsi, where a man, acting on the directives of the enemy, damaged railway property and military vehicles, have also not been the last cases on this topic.
