In the Cherkasy region, a man was sentenced to imprisonment for evading mobilization by the Manhivskyi District Court. The resident of the region refused to go to military service, explaining this by a mistake in the delivery of the summons.
The court reviewed all evidence in the case and found the man guilty of violating the law. For this, he was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment.
The events in the Lviv region, where a case regarding the dissemination of negative information about employees of the territorial center for recruitment and social support was considered, as well as in Chernivtsi, where a man, acting on the directives of the enemy, damaged railway property and military vehicles, have also not been the last cases on this topic.
The incident that occurred in the Cherkasy region once again emphasizes the importance of adhering to the laws regarding mobilization and military service, as well as reminds of the responsibility for violating these laws.Read also
