Black route of occupation: which vessels transport Ukrainian coal from Mariupol to Russia.

The Foreign Intelligence Service reported that Russia is exporting coking coal from temporarily occupied territories through the port of Mariupol. This is done to support the economy of the country that is actively waging war.
According to representatives of the FIS, this is not a coincidence or 'random business.' It is a deliberate strategy for exploiting occupied territories, violating international law and the rules of warfare. Russia has created its 'black economy' based on the seized city.
For example, the vessel 'ALFA-1' exported more than 20 thousand tons of coking coal, 'ALFA M' - about 40 thousand tons, 'ALPHA HERMES' - more than 5 thousand tons, 'VICTORIA K' – more than 20 thousand tons, 'VICTORIA V' – more than 35 thousand tons. A total of 120 thousand tons of coal.
According to intelligence, the value of this coal is sufficient for the production of thousands of tons of steel used for armored vehicles, ammunition, and military ships.
The mere fact of exporting coking coal from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine is not just economic exploitation in the conditions of military conflict. It is a targeted strategy of resource colonization. Russia is using the occupied Ukrainian territories as a source of raw materials to support its economy, which directly fuels military aggression. This is a gross violation of international humanitarian law, including the Hague Convention of 1907, which prohibits the use of resources from occupied territories for the benefit of the occupier without the consent of the legitimate authorities. The impunity for such actions encourages Russia to further exploit Ukrainian subsoil and strengthens the economic resilience of the Russian military machine.
