Some registers are already operational after the cyber attack: what is now available to Ukrainians.
Ukraine has restored the operation of the State Register of Civil Status Acts (DRACS) after the cyber attack. Citizens will be able to register births, marriages, divorces, name changes, and deaths again.
The Ministry of Justice reported this.
All documents that were issued to citizens in paper form during the temporary disconnection of the register are now being entered into the electronic system by specialists. It is important to note that issued certificates remain valid, and their digital copies will appear in the register soon.

Tomorrow, data exchange with the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will resume. Also, within a day, relevant online services in the 'Diia' app will start operating, including the possibility of submitting an application for deferment from mobilization for parents of three children under 18 years old.
The operation of three main registers of notaries has already been restored: the Unified Register of Powers of Attorney, the Inheritance Register, and the Unified Register of Special Blank Notarial Documents.
We also remind you of the problems with apartment sales and fraud: how the attack on the registers affected the real estate market.
