Explanation from Oschadbank regarding charges for the disabled service
A citizen reported that he called the bank's hotline and explained the situation, that the service was activated at 10:44, and deactivated at 10:45. He did not use it, no SMS were received, however, money was still automatically deducted.
According to the financial institution, the SMS banking service allows cardholders of the bank to receive instant SMS notifications on their phone with information about account transactions.
Clients can indeed disable the service in the 'Oschad24' application, and instead connect push notifications in the Telegram or Viber messengers.
However, citizens may have problems disabling such a service. In case of errors during the corresponding procedure, automatic payment collection may occur subsequently.
To guarantee service deactivation, it is recommended to:

- submit a special application.
