Father's Day: greetings in prose, poetry and bright postcards.
On the third Sunday of June, Ukrainians celebrate Father's Day. This year, the holiday falls on June 15. Its main goal is to recognize the important role of a father in the family.
The history of establishing Father's Day in Ukraine consists of several stages. In 2006, after holding public forums, the Ministry of Youth and Sports developed a draft decree on the introduction of the holiday. After certain difficulties in reviewing the draft, the president signed the relevant decree in May 2019, and since then, Ukrainians have been celebrating Father's Day.
Congratulate your dad on this holiday with special postcards and greetings in poetry and prose to show him your gratitude for his care, wisdom, and love.
It is also worth remembering that June 15 is also celebrated as the Day of Protection for the Elderly, International Surfing Day, and honors the memory of the prophet Amos.
Father's Day in Ukraine is an important holiday that reminds us of the significance of a father's role in family life and expresses gratitude to those who raise us and provide us with care and love.
