The next session of the Verkhovna Rada is scheduled for December.
Let us remind you that Volodymyr Putin stated that Russian troops struck Dnipro with a ballistic missile called 'Oreshnik', designed to deliver nuclear warheads. However, he noted that the missile did not carry a nuclear warhead. Putin claims that the speed of the missile is 2.5-3 km per second.
Earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian troops struck Dnipro for the first time with an intercontinental ballistic missile. In particular, an intercontinental missile 'Rubizh' was launched.
According to the information about the increase in missile production and pauses in shelling, Russia currently has more than 1,500 missiles with a range of over 350 km.
