Ukrainian soldiers were surprised by the actions of the enemy in Kursk. This was stated in a military interview with TSN by Dmytro Markus, a military instructor from the 80th Air Assault Brigade.

We noticed that instead of small assaults by small groups or mechanized attacks, large infantry forces are advancing on us, trying to seize our positions. We cannot say for sure who these people are, as there is no documentary evidence. When such evidence appears, we will be able to talk about it

According to him, many of these attackers were killed or retreated.

This situation has a peculiarity - they are trying to simultaneously seize our positions and any points. If they succeed in seizing positions, they immediately change and retreat

Earlier, an officer from Azov described the situation in Toretsk. Intelligence also reported the number of Russian troops in Ukraine. Former Commander-in-Chief Muzhenko mentioned Russian plans regarding Pokrovsk.

It is worth noting that Ukrainian forces successfully repelled lost positions near Siversk, while Russian troops continue to advance near Toretsk, Velyka Novosilka, and in the directions of Pokrovsk and Kurakhove.

Since Russia intends to capture an important mine in Pokrovsk, Kyiv's allies must fulfill their promises and immediately provide Ukraine with the necessary assistance.
