According to inkorr.com: On the evening of September 11, a road accident occurred in the Ivano-Frankivsk region involving a detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' citing NABU's press service.

According to the information, at the time of the accident, the detective was on a business trip. Both drivers of the cars involved in the accident were injured and hospitalized. It is known that the detective was sober.

'Considering the involvement of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Attorney General in investigating the circumstances of the accident, NABU will do everything possible to assist in establishing the truth and will provide the necessary legal support to the bureau detective if needed,' the statement said.

Earlier it was reported that employees of the State Bureau of Investigation announced suspicion against a law enforcement officer from Rivne who caused a fatal accident. One man died and another was injured as a result of hitting pedestrians.

Another incident occurred on August 29 at the intersection of Ivan Fedorov and Kazemir Malevich Streets. Here, a Renault car collided with a police vehicle Mitsubishi, which was driving with flashing lights on. After the collision, the car overturned, resulting in the driver’s death.
