Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Instagram about the products that affect mood:
"Some types of meat (chicken, beef, pork) contain the amino acid tyrosine. It improves mood, well-being, concentration, and memory. In addition, meat is a source of vitamin B12, which helps to cope with insomnia and depression."
"Fatty fish (tuna, trout, herring, sardines, mackerel, salmon, cod, sockeye) is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are needed to support the active functioning of the brain."
"Bananas are beneficial for people with chronic fatigue."
