Additional Payments to Military University Instructors — How to Receive.
The law that allows additional payments to military personnel holding leadership and instructional positions, as well as instructors and teachers of military educational institutions, was signed by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. Under this law, they can receive a monthly reward ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 hryvnias.
According to this law, the additional reward is not dependent on the number of classes conducted and is provided for the fulfillment of duties, regardless of whether they are performed temporarily or as part of business trips to training centers. The reward for leadership and instructional staff is paid after the relevant order from the commander of the military unit.
What documents are needed to receive the payment:
- order from the commander of the training military unit for organizing training;
- records of combat training;
- report on the results of exercises;
- evaluation report;
- order for conducting training;
- class schedules.
In addition, servicemen who are on duty for more than two months may receive an additional payment of over 20,000 hryvnias per month, in addition to their base salary. Also, drone operators can join the 'Contract 18–24' program, which is being expanded by the Government of Ukraine.
The President of Ukraine has signed a law on additional payments for military personnel holding certain positions and performing important tasks in military educational institutions. This could motivate servicemen to achieve higher efficiency in fulfilling their duties and to enhance professionalism in the field of military training.
