Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers will receive up to 190,000 hryvnias in August: who will get the maximum payments.
Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen are preparing to receive significant payments in August 2025. The maximum amount will be approximately 190,000 hryvnias, including base salary and additional bonuses. Overall, payments for military personnel are regulated by Ukrainian legislation and government decrees.
This month, there are no plans to increase the base salary for military personnel. It will remain at the previous level, which ranges from 20,000 hryvnias for recruits and higher.
Additional payments for servicemen are classified into three categories depending on their participation in military actions. The largest additional amount will be given to those who are in the zone of active combat operations or receiving treatment. Additionally, military personnel may receive benefits after discharge and a total amount exceeding 200,000 hryvnias in August.
It is worth noting that in August, Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen can expect substantial financial payments, including additional bonuses for participation in combat and benefits after service. The total amount of payments depends on the level of participation of the military in the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
