Pre-trial investigation completed regarding the former head of TCC and SP

According to inkorr.com: The Office of the Prosecutor General reported the completion of the pre-trial investigation into the case of the former head of the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support.

According to information from the Office, he was charged with obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, organizing the forgery of official documents, and using these forged documents (Art. 27, 366, 114-1, 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Defense lawyers will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the case in accordance with established procedures.

'Based on the investigation, it has been established that the suspect, together with other individuals, attempted to introduce false data into official documents regarding his own injury, sustained in the premises of the Odesa Military-Civil Administration, related to the duties of defending the country. Incorrect documents were drawn up based on this false data - an order on the results of the official investigation and a medical certificate regarding the conditions of the injury,' the Prosecutor's Office stated.

After that, the former head used the forged documents, which complicated the work of the Military Medical Commission and military medics in the Southern region. His actions hindered military supply, personnel training, and medical care for servicemen and veterans.

As a result of the pre-trial investigation, violations were found that posed a threat to national security and the effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This case indicates serious challenges facing the military management and medical support system in Ukraine. Obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces can have far-reaching consequences, especially in the current security situation in the country. Further investigations and skillful actions of law enforcement agencies can help prevent such cases in the future.
