The former chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shared advice he would give to Syrskyi.

The main military leader of Ukraine should focus on fulfilling his duties - Muzhenko
The former chief of the General Staff and commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Viktor Muzhenko, stated that Oleksandr Syrskyi, the main military leader, simply needs to concentrate on fulfilling his functional duties and gain authority among all the Armed Forces. This became known during his interview with 'Radio Free Europe'.
In short, it is very difficult to determine what I could advise him. There are a number of problematic issues that need to be addressed. This is the first point. The main thing - I would advise him to simply focus on fulfilling his functional duties as a military leader with authority for all the Armed Forces. And this authority, this leadership must be earned through his work, his decisions, his ability to manage processes and, accordingly, God willing, that his leadership and not just his, but the entire system leads us to be able to stop this aggression first and then defeat the Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine,» he summarized.
Earlier, General Muzhenko reported that the Russians do not plan to capture Pokrovsk but intend to block this city.
Muzhenko also revealed the Russians' plans regarding Pokrovsk.
It should be noted that Ukrainian forces have regained their positions near Siversk. Russian troops continue to advance closer to Toretsk, Velyka Novosilka, and in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv directions.
In light of Russia's plans to capture an important mine in Pokrovsk, Kyiv's allies must fulfill their promises and provide Ukraine with all necessary assistance, as noted in a new Bloomberg article.
