Ukraine's Energy Sector Will Receive Money from Italy.
Italy has provided 13 million euros to the Fund for the Support of Ukraine's Energy Sector at the direction of Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani. This decision is very important as Ukraine's energy infrastructure is constantly under attack. Thanks to this contribution from Italy, it will be possible to restore the energy systems affected by the conflict. This assistance will ensure stable electricity supply for millions of Ukrainians during this difficult period, the Italian Foreign Ministry reported.
This is one of the most significant contributions from a single country and demonstrates Italy's ongoing support for the Ukrainian energy sector. This will be confirmed at the Conference on Ukraine's Reconstruction, scheduled for next July in Rome.
The Foreign Ministry also noted that this contribution from Italy is crucial as attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure continue. It also highlights the Fund's ability to find the necessary equipment for restoring energy supply.
