Countries Ready to Send Troops to Ukraine: What Yermak Said.
Several countries are ready to send their troops to Ukraine, but final decisions need to be coordinated with the United States to maintain front unity and establish common rules of engagement. This was stated by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, in an interview with the Italian publication Corriere della Sera, reported by FREEДOM.
Journalists asked whether Germany, Great Britain, and France could already send troops to Ukraine.
'I can confirm that more than three countries are ready to send soldiers, but I do not want to name specific states, although some of those you mentioned are indeed among them. All this needs to be coordinated with the United States to maintain the unity of our front and develop common rules of engagement. We will definitely have allied troops on our soil. We have a long border with Russia, and our commanders are studying what size of foreign contingents is necessary for its protection. It is necessary to determine the nature of their mandate, deployment methods, powers, and mission limitations,' noted Andriy Yermak.
Let us remind you that the 'coalition of the willing' is ready to deploy multinational forces on the territory of Ukraine after the fighting ends. This is stated in a joint statement by French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
