According to ТСН: The poet and composer Yevhen Rybczyński refused to become the producer of the singer Natalia Mogilevska and explained his decision.

Reasons for Refusal

In the program "Alone Together," Rybczyński shared an interesting story from his life. It turned out that he could have significantly helped Mogilevska in her career. After ending her collaboration with producer Dmytro Yaholnyk, the singer approached him in search of new support. However, unfortunately, at that moment, Rybczyński had already arranged to collaborate with another artist – singer Andriy EL Kravchuk.

"I wouldn't have become the producer of EL Kravchuk then. They came at the same time. She ended her creative relationship with Yaholnyk, with whom we studied journalism together, and was looking for a base. Literally a day before her, Andriy was there. And before he appeared, Volodya Bebeško (sound engineer and producer – ed.) and I were on the jury of the 'Melody' competition. This is a Lviv competition where he (EL Kravchuk – ed.) did not take the grand prize but some, conditionally, first award, and I praised him a lot then. I said that it was a real show, and no one had done anything like that on our stage before, and I was ready to invest in it. And he appeared, and I had already promised him. And, so to speak, the next day Natasha showed up, and I gently declined..."

Impossibility of Producing Two Stars

Yevhen noted that it would have been impossible to produce two bright and ambitious artists at the same time, as "jealousy always arises between artists."

Recently, Rybczyński also shared memories of a confrontation with bandits and how, together with Andriy Yermak, he got money from them due to a misunderstanding with EL Kravchuk.

This refusal by Rybczyński highlights the complexity of production activities, where difficult choices often have to be made. The situation in the Ukrainian show business is also important, where competition between artists is not only a healthy incentive but also a challenge for producers in building the careers of their wards. The conversation about collaborations and refusals confirms that there is always room for unpredictable turns in the creative world.
