These tools are called "Growth Plan", "Ukraine Plan", depending on the country. According to Varhelyi, special tools have been developed to accelerate reforms for countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, and the Western Balkans.
Varhelyi once again emphasized that the implementation of reforms is an important condition for joining the EU.
