The CEO of Ukrposhta Revealed His Salary.

The head of Ukrposhta, Igor Smilyansky, revealed how much money he earned in the company last year. He shared this information on his Facebook page. According to the CEO, he received a salary and a bonus for working with state secrets, which totaled 11,723,286 hryvnias before taxation, or approximately 970,009 hryvnias per month. Smilyansky explained that from the aforementioned amount, he paid taxes amounting to 2,398,153 hryvnias plus military levy. He also paid approximately 2,100,000 hryvnias in the United States as a tax resident of that country. After tax, Smilyansky received 6,926,930 hryvnias or 577,244 hryvnias per month. He also noted that his salary could buy 73 'Mavik' cars at 65,000 hryvnias each. The deputy head of Ukrposhta, Maxim Paliy, stated that the salary of the company's management is considered a commercial secret.
